A Really interesting good book to read about the Islands and the shortage of whiskey during the war. Then a boat runs aground with cases of Whiskey on it and the Villagers have to hide the whiskey without being court. The book is fiction and made up and there are a couple of movies about whiskey Gelore I enjoyed the book very much, found the writing somewhat dated. I had been trying to get my hands on a copy of this book for several years.
